Cuki Professional offers a broad range of polypropylene (PP), aluminium and cardboard containers suitable for flow-pack packaging systems, heat-sealing in modified atmosphere, and tray skin packaging for ready meals and ready-to-cook products, V range vegetables, protein (fish, meat and poultry) and fresh pasta.
It also offers round, lacquered aluminium trays specifically developed for hot filling applications such as fruit compotes, jams, meat pâtés and fresh desserts, as well as traditional aluminium containers suitable for the bakery and frozen food industries.

To do so, we follow a development flow that can be summed up in 4 main phases:
Concept development is one of the first steps in the development process of any new, ever-different product, which means an ad hoc study is needed every time, with the specific needs of each individual customer at the fore.
After defining the concept, we move on to the development of the product’s design, focusing on the design (which is more than just aesthetics and includes function, with the aim of preserving and displaying the product in the best way, ensuring it is better used, etc.) and of optimising the result with the customer’s production lines.
Cuki Cofresco has a machine for the internal prototyping of samples, so it can offer customers a 360° service. It is therefore possible to have a physical copy of the designed product and make any required changes, so that the final result is guaranteed to be what customers want.
When the product design process is complete, we manufacture the items in our production sites in Europe, guaranteeing food safety, which is also confirmed by the quality certificates issued by the main certification bodies.
