Cuki and Slow Food, a partnerhip to promote gastronomic excellence

Cuki and Slow Food begin a partnership based on several projects on the diffusion of food culture. Cuki becomes in fact University of Studies of Gastronomic Sciences of Pollenzo Supporting Member. Born as a Slow Food initiative, the international center for training and research is unique in the world for the quality of its courses aimed at developing the figure of gastronomist, capable of operating in the production, distribution, promotion and communication of food excellences. Among the first initiatives, Cuki will sustain the Academic Tables Project, a revolutionary concept of university canteen that merges food education, cooking excellence, fair cost and enhancement of local products.
