Cuki renews its participation at the 27th Turin's International Book Fair (Torino Lingotto Fiere May 8 to 12, 2014) in the Casa CookBook area, dedicated to enogastronomy and publishing. The Cook Lab area (dedicated to workshops and cooking labs) will host Friday, May 9th at 6pm, the Cuki talk food, in which food blogger Lisa Casali and food and wine journalist Luca Iaccarino will interact and show the new app "Cukipedia" - developed by Cuki in collaboration with Slow Food - dedicated to the seasonality of garden products and to their proper preservation, in order to reduce waste and enhance the flavors of Italian cuisine.
