Melitta Group Management GmbH & Co. KG ("Melitta") has finalized an agreement with Corrado Ariaudo, majority shareholder and CEO of Cuki Group SpA ("Cuki"), for the purchase of 100% of the company, market leader in Italy in the food packaging sector with the Cuki® and Domopak® brands. The transaction, subject to approval by the competent Antitrust Authorities, is expected to be completed in the coming months, in full compliance with the current statutory regulations and the agreements in place with the financing banks.
